Facility Reservation Requests
To reserve the Pocahontas Landmark Center gym or training room, or county athletic fields for a practice, private group, or party, visit powhatanva.myrec.com. Visit the calendar under the facilities menu, create an account to request your reservation, and pay online once confirmed.
AFFILIATED LEAGUES ONLY- To reserve an athletic field complete the online form below. Supportive documentation can be uploaded and submitted directly via the form.
Athletic Fields
A member of the Recreation team will follow up with a confirmation of your reservation within 3 to 5 business days. A finalized facility use agreement must be signed by both parties and on file to secure the reservation.
Host a Tournament, Event, or Race
Please fill out the Expanded Use Form, To host a tournament, event, or race at our park properties or inside our recreation facilities.
Any activity that is held on county-owned property and will be serving alcohol, charging admission, expecting large crowds, or requiring the use of county services is classified as a Special Event and requires a Temporary Event Application. The Planning Department is the starting point for obtaining a Special Event Permit and can assist you in navigating the process.
Pavilion Rentals
