Facility reservation form must be submitted 10 days prior to the reservation start date. Groups Shall be scheduled in the order of date of application, as space permits, based on the following priority system;
Priority 1: County government and Educational uses
Priority 2: Non-profit, community group, civic club
Priority 3: For profit use

A Parks & Recreation Staff member will contact you within 5 business days following your request. Fees will be assessed based on the request made. A participant agreement and field confirmation contract must be signed prior to field use. Fees must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
