Facility Reservations

Duties

Facilities Management is responsible for:

• Coordination of use of public meeting spaces in County facilities by administration, employees and citizens
• Maintenance of all County-owned buildings, grounds and parks
• Management of construction projects for County facilities

Requesting a Facility

To request the use of a County meeting space, please review and complete the application package (PDF) and return it via email to Shirley Goins, via fax to 804-598-4821, or in person at the Department of Public Works Office.

Pavilion Rentals 

To reserve a park pavilion for an event or a private party, please contact the Parks & Recreation Department or easily book your reservation online by visiting powhatanva.myrec.com.  

On the Parks & Rec website, select the calendar option under the facilities menu, then select you desired facility or view the facility list to request a reservation. Create an account and book your reservation today!
