Any ballot that was formally requested via an application to be mailed to the voter can be marked and then returned to our office either by a postal service or returned in-person, 24-7, via use of the ballot drop box pictured below.  Only ballots delivered by the voter himself/herself can be hand delivered in-person to the Registrar in the Office of Elections.

The Powhatan County Office of Elections is located in the Village Building, Lower Level (3910 Old Buckingham Road, Suite E).

Monday - Friday (closed on holidays)

The office is most easily accessible from the left side door as facing. There is an ADA accessible ramp in the front of the building.
