Complete the Petition

Complete the Petition for Deferred or Installment Payment of Fine and Costs (PDF) and submit to Circuit Court Clerk’s Office.

Criteria for Acceptance

  • Total fines and costs divided by 24 months will equal the monthly payment amount.
  • Monthly payment amount is customized to your finanical circumstances.
  • Payment is not to exceed 2 years or 24 months.

Payment Modification

The clerk has the authority to modify the payment amount in certain circumstances.


Due Date

Payments will be set and due on the same date each month. If that date should fall on a weekend or holiday, payment will be due the next business day following.

Missed Payments

If any payment is missed, it will cause the plan to go into default which may result in the termination of the payment agreement and suspension of the defendant’s operator’s license.
