Form Center

The training room is available for meetings, classes, and conferences. The gym, courts, and fields are available for practices, games, camps, classes, and events.  All facilities are available in 2-hour blocks (M-F 8:30am to 9:00pm) (Sat & Sun 9:00am to 9:00pm). To begin the rental process, please fill out the facility reservation form.

Reservation form must be submitted 10 days prior to the reservation start date.

I represent the above-named organization, have read the facility use policy and do hereby assume responsibility for the above-requested facility, and declare this activity to be in compliance with Parks & Recreation's mission and all county regulations, policies, and procedures.  

A Parks & Recreation Staff member will contact you within 3 business days following your request. Fees will be assessed based on the request made. A participant agreement and field confirmation contract must be signed prior to field use. Fees must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
