Mr. Jeremy Bennett, Director of Governmental Affairs from the @Virginia Association of Counties (VACo) gave a presentation to the Board of Supervisors at their meeting Monday night announcing the 2025 Best Achievement Award winners, Ms. Libbey Kitten and Ms. Barbara Adcock for their Meaningful Watershed Educational Experience (MWEE) program for the Powhatan County Public Schools. This hands-on program for 4th graders is led by high school advanced placement Environmental Science and Ecology students.
