Powhatan’s Early Voting Drive-Thru is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, starting September 20th through November 1st. It is also open on Saturday, October 26th & Saturday, November 2nd also from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Powhatan does not offer Sunday voting or any evening hours. The Early Voting Drive-Thru will be *CLOSED on Columbus Day (Monday, October 14th). Saturday, November 2, 2024 is the last day to vote early in person.
The Early Voting Drive-Thru is located in the rear parking lot of the Village Building at 3910 Old Buckingham Road. The entrance to the Drive-Thru is behind the Village Building, off of Tilman Road, between the ball fields. Follow the yellow directional signs throughout the Village Courthouse area for guidance. Once you’ve arrived at the Early Voting Building, you just remain in your vehicle and an Election Official will walk out to your car to check you in (please have identification ready) and you will be able to vote from the safety and security of your vehicle.
