Powhatan County Public Safety Communications-911 Department is in the process of updating/confirming our Business emergency contact names and numbers. We are asking for your current contract information to notify key personnel/owners/business managers in the unlikely event of an emergency or criminal incident on your property. This information will not be shared with anyone outside of the 911 Department. Please provide us with your information by using the applicable sections in the Security and Fire Alarm Users Application.

Under County Code Chapter 38, Burglary and Robbery Systems, Data Sec. 38-64. Application Security Alarm Users Data Form. This code states in part: “Upon installation of any alarm system in the county, all users, shall, on the form for that purpose, furnish the sheriff or his designee with the following information.”
