To reserve a room, you will need to use the Request Reservation button on the Large Conference Room or Small Conference Room calendars. If you are having difficulty making the reservation or have any questions about the conference rooms, please contact Marianne Hill at 804-598-5670 or email@example.com.
Please note that the Small Conference Room can only be reserved during library hours and that no reservations can be made later than two days before the requested date.
First-time users of the conference rooms or those who have not reserved the conference rooms in at least a year will need to also fill out our online reservation application.
