The Powhatan County Office of Elections is currently located in the Village Building, Lower Level (3910 Old Buckingham Road, Suite E).

The office is in no longer located in the Administration Building. The office is most easily accessible from the left side door as facing. There is an ADA accessible ramp in the front of the building.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

     The federal courts have just redistricted many of Virginia’s congressional districts.  Due to this redistricting, Powhatan County will  longer be in the 4th Congressional District.                      Instead, we are now the Virginia’s 7th Congressional District.                                                 You should have received a notice by mail of this change, along with an updated Voter ID card back in April 2016.                   *Please note that your voting precinct location has NOT changed.
